Shopping experience was just fine. Found what I was looking for, ordered it, and received without issue...
Customer service was phenomenal. Shipping took over 29 days from time of order to time of delivery. However, the company was extremely quick yo respond when inquiring about the shipping updates. After receiving the optic plate, one of the bolts snapped prior to even reaching 10 inch lbs. due to this I had to take the gun to a gunsmith to have the screw extracted. I reached out to the company following this and they were able to make it right and offer a refund. I will absolutely buy from this company again, just give extra time for shipping.
mijn vuurwapen ervaring is nog maar enkele jaren , de reddot montage pakt echter wel goed uit.
Bardzo szybka i fachowa pora w sprawie doboru odpowiedniej płytki pod optykę. Wysyłka również błyskawiczna.
Just what I ordered and needed and was delivered in a timely fashion. Can't ask for much more than that! Nicely done!

Azienda molto seria, soprattutto se ci sono dei piccoli problemi, che è poi dove si vede veramente la professionalità di un fornitore/rivenditore/negozio.
The store is fabulous both in terms inventory but also in terms of the excellent staff employed ! I need a couple more recoil springs and a friend is think about an adjustable sight for his CZ 75. Can both be ordered together ? The ups service is absolutely first class, from you to me in 2-3 days.
