A sight with no magnification lets you shoot fast with both eyes open, like a red dot, while an etched reticle stays visible even without power. You can buy the Vector Optics Paragon 1x18 mini prism scope, a compact prism sight for close range shooting on rifles and carbines.
The sights are awful. They protrude reward over the hammer not allowing a thumb purchase to cock the hammer. Also, the reason I ordered the adjustable sight was due to the pistol printing high on the target and shorter factory rear combat sights as was original are not available anywhere. These sights will not adjust any lower than the factory #4 rear sight thus making them useless for lowering point of impact over what it is now
Best upgrade you can make to a Shadow 2 if you are shooting iron sights. Great contrast to the front sight and far easier to use than the factory black rear sight.
