CZ 457 Picatinny rails convert the 11 mm receiver dovetail into a universal Picatinny base, so you can run modern rings, one-piece mounts, and red dots with Picatinny adapters.

Why add a rail?

  • Universal interface: easy fit for scopes, micro red dots (with bases), night/thermal devices, and magnifiers.
  • Repeatable zero: cross-slot design resists shift and supports quick optic changes.

Choose the cant (MOA)

  • 0 MOA: all-round use and typical rimfire distances.
  • 20 MOA: extra elevation travel for longer-range zeroing.

Fit & material

  • Model-specific: select a rail made for the CZ 457 footprint (11 mm dovetail clamp or screw-on, per the maker).
  • Aluminum vs. steel: aluminum keeps weight low; steel maximizes thread strength.

Install tips

  • Degrease rail, receiver and screws; apply Loctite threadlocker.
  • Torque to spec in a criss-cross pattern; witness-mark and recheck after your first range session.
  • Verify screw length/pitch—no bolt or barrel interference.
