Buffers absorb slide-to-frame impact in CZ platforms, smoothing recoil and reducing mechanical wear during high-volume use.

• Types: drop-in polymer pads for guide rods, captured buffer guide-rod assemblies, and spacer shims.
• Benefits: softer impulse, less battering, and cleaner cycling—especially with hotter loads or extended sessions.
• Fit: choose by CZ model family and guide-rod style; compatible with standard or tuned recoil springs.
• Upkeep: inspect pads regularly and replace when compressed, cracked, or after the maker’s recommended round count.
