ZKM 452 Picatinny rails

ZKM 452 Picatinny rails convert the 11 mm receiver dovetail into a universal Picatinny base, so you can run modern rings, one-piece mounts, and red dots with Picatinny adapters.

Why add a rail?

• Universal interface: straightforward fit for scopes, micro dots (with bases), and night/thermal devices.
• Repeatable zero: cross-slots resist shift and make optic swaps easy.

Fit & material

• Model-specific: choose a rail made for the Brno ZKM 452 11 mm dovetail (clamp-on or screw-on, depending on the maker).
• Aluminum vs. steel: aluminum minimizes weight; steel maximizes rigidity and thread strength.

Install tips

• Degrease the rail, receiver and screws; apply Loctite threadlocker.
• Torque to spec in a criss-cross pattern; witness-mark and recheck after your first range session.
• Verify screw length/pitch so there’s no bolt or barrel interference.
