CZ Shadow 2 triggers

The trigger decides how your finger meets the pistol on every shot. A replacement trigger for the CZ Shadow 2 can change the reach, the shape of the face and the pre-travel and over-travel. You can choose triggers from Eemann Tech, KMR, Toni System and Zendl.

SA/DA triggers

These triggers work in both double action and single action, like the factory trigger of the Shadow 2:

• Eemann Tech trigger kit for smaller hands: moves the trigger back by up to 5 mm with the hammer down, so the double action reach is shorter.
• Eemann Tech SA/DA trigger: shorter reach in double action and a narrowed tip that does not touch the frame.
• Eemann Tech flat SA/DA trigger: flat face for a more predictable pull. You can choose aluminium in black or silver, or brass. It is legal for IPSC and USPSA Production.
• KMR steel SA/DA trigger: steel with a grooved face.
• Toni System SA/DA trigger: flat face with extended serration that stops your finger sliding to the side.

SA triggers

The single action triggers come in more shapes, so you can match the trigger to your finger length:

• Eemann Tech: back-shifted for short fingers, front-shifted for long fingers, extra front-shifted for extra long fingers, hooked and straight.
• KMR, made of dural: Classic, similar in shape to the CZ TS Czechmate, Straight, Target, Small hand with the trigger moved back, and Large hand with the trigger moved forward.
• Toni System and Zendl: flat face with extended serration.

Adjustment

Most triggers here have two adjustment screws. One sets the pre-travel, the slack before the trigger meets resistance. The other sets the over-travel, how far the trigger moves after the shot breaks. Less of both gives a shorter, cleaner pull and a faster reset.

Which pistols the triggers fit

The triggers are made for the CZ 75 platform. Their names list the CZ Shadow 2, CZ 75B and CZ 75 SP-01, and the SA triggers also the CZ TS 2. The Shadow 2 Compact is in the compatibility list of the triggers, see CZ Shadow 2 Compact triggers.
