These are reviews from people who ordered from us. Every review marked "Verified buyer" was written by a customer after a completed order - we send the review request by email once the parcel is delivered, and only the person who placed the order can respond. We don't edit or hide reviews, including the critical ones. Where something went wrong, you'll usually find our reply underneath.
