Customer service was phenomenal. Shipping took over 29 days from time of order to time of delivery. However, the company was extremely quick yo respond when inquiring about the shipping updates. After receiving the optic plate, one of the bolts snapped prior to even reaching 10 inch lbs. due to this I had to take the gun to a gunsmith to have the screw extracted. I reached out to the company following this and they were able to make it right and offer a refund. I will absolutely buy from this company again, just give extra time for shipping.
mijn vuurwapen ervaring is nog maar enkele jaren , de reddot montage pakt echter wel goed uit.
Bardzo szybka i fachowa pora w sprawie doboru odpowiedniej płytki pod optykę. Wysyłka również błyskawiczna.

Azienda molto seria, soprattutto se ci sono dei piccoli problemi, che è poi dove si vede veramente la professionalità di un fornitore/rivenditore/negozio.
